Ondansetron Nausea Support

Your symptoms, alcohol intake, medical history, allergies, medications, and vital signs are reviewed. Treatment may be modified, postponed, or declined.

IV placement and infusion
A sterile IV catheter is placed in the arm or hand. The selected fluids, nutrients, and approved medications are generally administered over approximately 30–60 minutes.

Monitoring and aftercare
Your vital signs, IV site, and response are monitored. Continue drinking water and gradually resume food as tolerated. Avoid additional alcohol and unnecessary NSAID use unless instructed otherwise.
Transportation: Receiving an infusion does not mean you are sober or safe to drive. Arrange transportation if you may still be impaired, dizzy, fatigued, or affected by alcohol.

When should I schedule the Reboot IV?
It may be considered when you have uncomplicated hangover symptoms and are alert, medically stable, able to provide informed consent, and able to safely cooperate. It is not appropriate for active intoxication, alcohol poisoning, overdose, or emergency symptoms.
Will the Reboot IV sober me up?
No. An IV does not lower your blood-alcohol level, reverse intoxication, or make it safe to drive. Only time allows the body to metabolize alcohol.
Is ondansetron automatically included?

Does the IV replace water, food, sleep, or rest?

Do not drive if you may still be affected by alcohol or feel dizzy, fatigued, confused, faint, or otherwise impaired. Arrange safe transportation.
