I had my first consultation yesterday with Alfred and I’m so happy with the appointment. He was very thorough and understanding. He answered all my questions and helped me to understand everything that’s going on with me health wise and helped set a plan for this journey that I’m about to begin. I’m excited to work with him.

I received the hangover drip after an unexpected New Year’s Day hangover last minute. Alfred was super informative and went the extra mile for my appointment. He customized the experience to feel very spa like and relaxing. He continually checked on me to make sure I was okay and guided me through the entire process. Vybrant health has been great. Alfred and I have done hormone tests as well as a full methylation panel to really dig into my overall wellness. We have found some deficiencies that we are working on supplementing for currently.
