Telehealth Services
We provide telehealth services through licensed healthcare providers. Telehealth services are not a replacement for in-person primary care and may not be appropriate for all conditions. Our services are not intended for medical emergencies. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 immediately.
Prescriptions
Medications are prescribed only when medically appropriate following evaluation by a licensed healthcare provider and in accordance with applicable law. No prescription is guaranteed. We are not a pharmacy and do not dispense medications.
Medical Providers
Telehealth services offered through this platform are provided by licensed healthcare professionals who are authorized to practice in the states where patients are located at the time of care. All medical decisions, including diagnosis and treatment recommendations, are made solely by the licensed providers in accordance with applicable state and federal laws.
Pharmacy Partners
When a licensed provider issues a valid prescription, medications may be dispensed by one or more licensed pharmacy partners or by a pharmacy selected by the patient, where permitted by law. Pharmacy partners operate independently and are responsible for medication preparation, dispensing, shipping, and compliance with all applicable pharmacy regulations.

Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and physically located in a state where our providers are licensed at the time of your visit.
Payments & Refunds
Fees for clinical services are due prior to care. Completed medical services are non-refundable. Prescription medications cannot be returned due to safety and regulatory requirements.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from or related to your use of our services.
