Ascorbic Acid Vitamin C • 200 mg/mL
Vitamin C acts as an antioxidant, which means it helps protect cells from damage caused by normal chemical reactions in the body. It also helps the body make collagen, a protein used to support skin, blood vessels, cartilage, and other connective tissues. Vitamin C also supports normal immune function.
Magnesium Chloride 10 mg/mL
Magnesium helps muscles tighten and relax, helps nerves send messages, and supports a normal heartbeat. It is also used by many enzymes that help the body produce energy and carry out everyday chemical reactions. Too much magnesium can be unsafe in people whose kidneys cannot remove it properly.
Dexpanthenol Vitamin B5 Source • 4 mg/mL
Dexpanthenol is changed by the body into vitamin B5. Vitamin B5 helps make coenzyme A, a substance the body needs to break down carbohydrates, fats, and proteins for energy. It also supports the normal production of certain hormones and other important cell components.
Riboflavin-5′-Phosphate Vitamin B2 • 3 mg/mL
Riboflavin-5′-phosphate is an active form of vitamin B2. It helps the body turn food into usable energy and supports chemical reactions that protect cells from oxidative stress. Vitamin B2 also contributes to normal growth and red blood cell function.
Niacinamide Vitamin B3 • 2 mg/mL
Niacinamide is a form of vitamin B3. The body uses it to make NAD and NADP, helper molecules that allow cells to turn food into energy. Vitamin B3 also supports normal skin, nerve, and DNA-repair functions.
Pyridoxine HCl Vitamin B6 • 2 mg/mL
Pyridoxine is vitamin B6. It helps the body use protein, make neurotransmitters that allow brain and nerve cells to communicate, and produce hemoglobin, the part of red blood cells that carries oxygen. Vitamin B6 also supports normal immune function.
Thiamine HCl Vitamin B1 • 2 mg/mL
Thiamine is vitamin B1. It helps the body turn carbohydrates into energy, especially for the brain, nerves, heart, and muscles. Low thiamine levels can affect energy, concentration, muscle strength, and nerve function.
Calcium Chloride 1.3 mg/mL
Calcium helps muscles contract, nerves send signals, and the heart maintain normal electrical activity. It is also an important part of bones and teeth. Calcium levels must remain balanced because both high and low levels can affect muscles, nerves, and heart rhythm.

Who Should Avoid or Receive Additional Review

Tell your provider before treatment if you have:

  • Allergy or hypersensitivity to the Myers premix or any component
  • Kidney disease, severe renal impairment, dialysis, or reduced urine production
  • G6PD deficiency or mutation
  • Corn allergy
  • Heart failure, pulmonary edema, significant swelling, or a fluid restriction
  • Sodium retention, high sodium levels, or a prescribed sodium restriction
  • Abnormal magnesium, calcium, or other electrolyte levels
  • Pregnancy, possible pregnancy, or breastfeeding
  • A prior serious reaction to an IV vitamin, mineral, or saline infusion
Safety First

A wellness IV is not a substitute for urgent or emergency care.

What to expect.

Clinical screening

Your goals, symptoms, medications, allergies, medical history, fluid status, and vital signs are reviewed. Treatment may be modified, postponed, or declined.

IV placement and formula preparation

A sterile IV catheter is placed in the arm or hand. The 10 mL premix is prepared with the prescribed 1,000 mL normal-saline base.

Infusion and monitoring

Your IV site, vital signs, comfort, and clinical response are monitored. The rate may be slowed or the infusion discontinued if a concern develops.

Aftercare

Continue appropriate oral hydration and follow individualized instructions regarding activity, medications, laboratory testing, and symptoms that require follow-up.
